"Breadza"

Breadza is a mix between bread and pizza.
The base is made with our own organic sourdough (sourdough starter, organic French rye and wheat flours, sea salt and water. No yeast, No bread improvers), made daily in C’est La Vie, our main bakery in Terryland.
This base is topped with fresh, local ingredients, bringing back French recipes, like Chicken basquaise. All products subject to availability.

At Rouge, we aim to give you a whole French experience, based on quality and simplicity.
Since we opened our doors on the 1st of July 2011, we have tried to share with our customers a bit of our French tradition of food and wine.
We extended this tradition by opening a main bakery C’Est La Vie, in Terryland, where all our organic breads, pastries and viennoiseries are baked and delivered to Rouge every morning.
Our breads are made with French organic flours, our own sourdough starter, sea salt and water. No yeast, no bread improvers, only good stuff.
